BAREES: Your Shopping Guide

At BAREES, we want your shopping experience to be simple and enjoyable. Please take a moment to review these important guidelines before you complete your purchase.

Order Steps & Timing

  • Order Confirmation: After you place an order on our site, please allow up to 2 days for us to confirm it. This helps us manage everything smoothly with our Shopify partnership.
  • Order Processing: Once your order is confirmed, we'll prepare it for shipment within 2 to 4 days.
  • Delivery Time: After processing, your order will be sent out with our shipping partner. You can typically expect it to arrive at your address within 7 to 15 days, depending on your location.

Cancelling Your Order

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 48 hours of placing it. You can easily start the cancellation process by emailing us at bareesindia@gmail.com.

Please note that a 4% processing fee will be taken from your refund amount for eligible cancellations. This covers charges from our payment provider.

Returns & Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds. Returns are accepted only in specific situations:

  • Product Flaws: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of getting your order.
  • Item Condition: Any item you return must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all tags still attached.
  • If your return is approved, you will need to ship the item back to us at your own expense. Once we receive and check the returned product, we will provide either a replacement or store credit.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under these conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: We provide exchange services if your product is faulty or damaged. You must report this concern to us via email at bareesindia@gmail.com within 12 hours of receiving the product.
  • New Order for Exchange: To complete an exchange, you will need to place a new order on our website.
  • Using Store Credit: Any store credit you receive from an approved return can be applied to your new purchase.

How to Return an Item

  1. Request a Return: Send us an email with your order details and the reason you wish to return the item.
  2. Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address. Please remember that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  3. Store Credit Issued: After we inspect the returned item, we will add store credit to your account or send it to your email.

Important Things to Remember

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the expense of returning items.
  • Store Credit Eligibility: Any items returned that are damaged, used, or incorrect will not qualify for store credit.
  • No Cash Refunds: We do not provide cash refunds under any circumstances.
